The possibility of return is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must be unopened and returned in its original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • gift vouchers
  • items that are not returned within a period of 30 days after delivery
  • some health and personal hygiene products

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt via e-mail. We'll also let you know if we've approved or declined your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while to see your refund.

Damaged products
We only replace defective or damaged items purchased at

Quality is essential.
We will inspect returned products in consultation with the distributor/manufacturer, if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, we will replace it with a new item. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it with an item at the same price as the original at no cost.

If the damage is due to other reasons, such as the following:

  • Damage by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, open flames, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • Damage due to improper use or during use for a purpose other than that for which it is intended:

We will inform you by e-mail of a possible refusal with an explanation. We will then return your product if you have sent it to us.

The useful life of each product depends on its use, conditions of use and specific wear and tear by the user. Damaged products will not be replaced under normal use and wear and tear or if the life of the product has been exceeded.

The warranty does not cover products that show any sign of alteration in their original shape, color or appearance.

How to return:
You can request a return by filling out the contact form in our online store.

With the return request, the the following information is listed:

  • Order number
  • Customer name (must match the name on the order)
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once the request has been sent, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt and help you complete the return. We also add the packing slip that you must fill in and add to the package.

After receiving the return request, you have up to 15 days to send the product to be returned. Items to be returned must be shipped in their original packaging and labels.

If you are sending us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
