The new Selkirk VANGUARD Pro pickleball paddle/racquet is ideal for intermediate to advanced level players. The VANGUARD Pro is slightly heavier than the VANGUARD Control, with an average weight of 221g - 232g and offers a larger sweet spot for more accurate shots.

The VANGUARD Pro features a 4-ply 12k Raw Carbon hitting surface, specifically designed to promote stiffness and control, while maintaining the flexibility needed for powerful hits. This advanced construction creates a hybrid paddle with a precise and responsive surface. With 4 layers instead of the standard 2, the paddle offers multi-directional support, which significantly increases surface durability and provides exceptional spinning capabilities.

The thermoformed foam edge of the VANGUARD Pro increases the sweet spot, which ensures more precision. The foam-injected walls absorb vibrations with every hit, making the racket feel stable and reliable while providing more power.

The VANGUARD Pro is available from Pace in Epic form but can also be ordered in Invikta or S2 form.
